OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A Little Time to Change Your Mind

We understand that ordering a dress for a special occasion is an important decision. Our cancellation policy is designed with this in mind while also recognizing that many of our dresses are made to order.

Once tailoring or customization has begun, materials may have already been cut or prepared specifically for your order and may not be reusable. For this reason, the amount available for refund decreases as production progresses.

We aim to begin processing orders promptly after payment and order confirmation so that your dress can be prepared as efficiently as possible. Please review the cancellation timeframes below before placing your order.

Rush Orders
